Returns, refunds and Cancellation

Returns Policy
Please be aware that not all products are eligible for returns. Customized products, as well as incomplete, partial, and/or unauthorized returns, cannot be accepted. Returnable products must be returned in their original condition.

Items must be returned within 5 business days of receiving the blank merchandise. A restocking fee of 15% applies to blank merchandise returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For further details on the return policy and process, please contact us promptly.

Refund Policy
If you receive your order incorrectly or with printing errors, you have 5 business days from receipt of the merchandise to contact our customer service. Please ensure timely contact, as claims submitted after this period will not be reviewed.

Claim review and processing may take up to 5 business days from the date of merchandise receipt. Any credits or refunds will be processed within 2 business days.

Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and approved, production commences. Once production begins, no changes or cancellations can be made to the order. However, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
